The Journal of Movement & Rehabilitation (JMR) is the official journal of the Cyprus Turkish Physiotherapists Association (Kıbrıs Türk Fizyoterapistler Derneği), published by Luminous Insights Publishing.
Aims
Journal of Movement & Rehabilitation (JMR) aims to advance the scientific understanding of human movement and its application in rehabilitation practice. The journal serves as a premier platform for disseminating high-quality, peer-reviewed research that bridges biomechanics, motor control, and clinical rehabilitation. JMR is committed to fostering evidence-based practice and promoting interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers, clinicians, and educators worldwide.
Scope
JMR publishes original research, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, clinical trials, and case studies in the following areas:
- Biomechanics & Kinesiology: Movement analysis, gait studies, postural control, and ergonomics
- Motor Control & Learning: Neuromuscular coordination, motor development, and skill acquisition
- Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation: Orthopaedic physiotherapy, sports injury rehabilitation, and post-surgical recovery
